This is one of two archways in a kitchen and breakfast room.   It is a custom-made stencil design,  painted with softly blended colors on top of a "faux"  wall finish that I applied all over the area. I also designed a complimentary motif for the  hood over the stove.

This acanthus leaf design is also a custom-made stencil, painted in two colors with a sponge technique.

Although these examples of decorative painting are mostly traditional, I am able to execute a wide range of themes from old world European to contemporary or whimsical.  I am no longer accepting on-site projects involving scaffolding, difficult-to-reach areas, or painted finishes. 

For either fine art or decorative artwork created off-site, a large design can be made with multiple panels of stretched canvas, such as diptychs, triptychs or a combination of several smaller pieces.  Smaller murals or other works to be applied directly to the wall can be created on canvas, and easily shipped rolled in a tube.
